OW CRICKET
Under a clear, hot April sky, OW players came together at The Berryfield to take on the current Wycliffe 1st XI in a close, 30 overs each, cricket match, with the OW Team victorious by 37 runs.
Huge thanks to Martyn Kimber (Wycliffe Sports & Honorary OW) and John Newns (Staff Member 1988-2013 & Honorary OW) for umpiring the match, Wycliffe’s Grounds and Estates team for the set-up, Catering for keeping everyone fed and hydrated throughout the day and of course, all the OW players who came to take part!
OW TENNIS
The afternoon saw James Lunch (Wycliffe Sports & Honorary OW) host a group of OWs on the Ward’s Courts for a competitive and friendly tennis tournament, with the OWs coming out on top. Thank you James and all the OWs who came along!
